This might take some time for you to figure out where to put it based on your own height, but you want to make sure it’s tall enough that your feet can swing freely.

Only you can decide if having a reverse hyper is a worthy investment. This is a restoration and strength builder simultaneously, making it invaluable for structural integrity and physical gains.
